Uttapam is a type of dosa from South India which is crisp and is thicker than Dosa topped with tomatoes, onion, etc. The main ingredients of the batter are rice and lentil flour. It is a traditional South Indian Snack and has no added preservatives, artificial flavors, and colors. It can be accompanied with Coconut Chutney ( Cold Sauce) and also with a Lentil based vegetable stew (Sambhar).
